Part of the world is either blind or just chooses to look away when acknowledge the new government in Iran as moderate, pro-Western, and reformist. Yet, every day, they prove to be none of these. Today, one of the brave Iranian peaceful freedom seekers arrested during the recent "Woman, Life, Freedom" uprising was executed. Our hearts are full of pain, but our determination to help Iranians reclaim their country is even stronger. I am more committed than ever to stand by their side. Unity is our strength.

There is every reason to be on high alert in the near future. Currently, there is significant military activity in and around the Middle East. Assessments show that military tensions will exceed current levels; the only question is to what extent. It must be crystal clear to all involved that much is at stake. The Islamic Republic has been significantly weakened to date, both in terms of foreign and domestic policy, and should understand that they are hanging by a thread. We are closely monitoring the situation and evaluating various strategies to turn every scenario into an opportunity for the benefit of the Iranian people.

It is welcome news that Ismail Haniya has been eliminated during his visit to #Iran. As the leader of #Hamas, he was ultimately responsible for the current situation in Gaza. The bloodshed among Palestinians and Israelis is deeply painful to witness, but achieving peace in the Middle East requires addressing the influence of the Islamic Republic in Iran. This event sends a clear message that terrorists will inevitably face justice. #IRGCterrorists

Everyone has the right to choose their path in politics. That is the beauty of a liberal democracy. Some lean to the right, some to the left. There is no right or wrong in the lens through which one views the world. In my experience, after many years in politics, most people find themselves somewhere in the middle, with some leaning left and others, like me, leaning right. Political trends come and go, but one thing is certain: extreme views will always exist. However, they rarely stay in power for long. Sooner or later, they fall, whether they are dictatorships, communists, Islamists, or fascists. History provides ample evidence of this. We have a saying here: "You become who you associate with." So choose wisely.

The Iranian people deserve freedom, true representation, and an end to decades of oppression. The outcome of the French election was not ideal from my liberal perspective. However, the French people demonstrated the inspiring beauty of unity and collective will by voting against the far right with the highest turnout in 40 years. It remains to be seen who will take on the challenging task of forming the new French government and shaping the agenda for both Europe and relations with the Islamic Republic. The new government must ensure that the far left remains uninfluential. This is a crucial moment for France to harness the power of its people's unity and will to foster a balanced and progressive future.

The beauty contest in Iran has concluded, with the somewhat younger candidate winning Khamenei's favor. This signals that the regime is under pressure and feels compelled to put a new face on things. However, this changes nothing; the Iranian people have clearly shown their choice by boycotting the entire show. Do not be deceived by the more subdued outward appearance; the new president is merely Khamenei's new favorite puppet, but still cut from the same cloth. Europe must acknowledge this reality and cease supporting these desperate tactics. Stand with the voices of the Iranian people. #IranSaysNo

I am closely monitoring the developments in Iran while our projects continue. It’s not really an election, but rather an internal vote. I’m glad people have chosen to boycott it; we must not deceive ourselves. These figures are essentially cut from the same cloth. However, it is somewhat amusing that the regime is forced to show its hand. Depending on who wins this "beauty contest," we might gain some insights into the regime’s intended direction. Although it doesn’t change anything for us freedom fighters, it provides a glimpse of what might happen.
